Dragonfly Crystal Company
Dragonfly Crystal Company didn’t start as a brand. It started as a conversation on a river float and a vision that refused to stay small. At the time, she was showing up weekly on Facebook Live, sharing her hand-carved crystals and building trust before anything existed to hold it. We took that raw momentum and built the structure around it.
Brand identity, ecommerce strategy, website, CRM, email list, and offer ecosystem. Within 90 days, that vision became a fully operational storefront in downtown Monroe, WA, backed by a cohesive brand and systems that could actually support growth.
The digital experience was designed to translate the in-store magic online, refining the ecommerce flow while strengthening the story behind the products. The site now bridges retail and experience, supporting product sales, workshops, and readings without losing its personality, positioning the brand as more than a shop but a true destination both online and in person.
Now it’s expanding into Dragonfly Healing Arts, a sister space featuring cold plunge, red light sauna, and deeper healing services, with a new Squarespace platform designed to unify and scale the entire ecosystem.
